I remember chugging along putting together my rockmite and then running into something that was stumping me. I think I put a resistor in the wrong spot but I figured it out. There's just enough components on there that you better in the mood to be paying attention or you're better off leaving it alo...

Awesome. I've got a 40M Rockmite and have had a lot of fun with it. These are fun kits...a bit easier to use than a pixie. You can make contacts with them if your patient. What bands are you trying? I've never used an antenna like that but I guess it's 52" long...I'm sure it works, and it doesn't sound like you've done anything wrong, but band conditions haven't been that great lately and that antenna might require some patience. Are you sending with a straight k...
